Unlimited Web, e-mail, and telephone support for supported products.
Includes coverage for nearly all DataFlo modules and the Preview 4GL.
Products not listed supported by Kore on a T&M basis at preferred rates.

Simplified Support and Maintenance

Available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST, excluding holidays.
Support outside of normal business hours and weekends is available.
Direct access to Senior DataFlo Experts.

Resolution of software issues and basic operational questions.
Support requests submitted via e-mail, toll-free telephone, or Kore's support Web site.
Reported issues are posted on Kore's support Web site for Client review and management.

20% discount on all Kore DataFlo products.
Preferred rates for all Kore Services.

Mercado Program

40% discount on existing Mercado software.
Purchase targeted enhancements to solve specific business problems.
Collaborate with other KSP participants on common enhancement projects.
Participate in shared development projects reducing overall cost of ownership.

Business Consulting and Free Services

Dedicated Client Account Manager (CAM).
Annual technology and business system evaluation, assessment and recommendation.
Personalized ERP system selection and data migration plan, should you ever need it.

Technology Compatibility Support

Kore will help identify database, operating system and wIntegrate issues.
Kore acts as Liaison to support provider.
Database maintenance and support must be purchased from database vendor or reseller.

Free Kore Software

Get up to $10,000 towards purchase of any Kore software. Popular products include the following:
- KommerceServer Web applications, which provide a rich user interface for DataFlo without expensive, user-based licensing (webSalesForce, webPortal, and webStoreFront).
- Kourier and Custom DataFlo solutions, which are designed to improve your business operations (Electronic Forms and Reports, Freight Control, and Credit Card Management).
Requires 2-year KSP Agreement.
